How to Cancel Your Order

2Our team will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.
3If approved, your order will be cancelled and refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

Refund on Cancellation

Online Payment Orders: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: No payment collected, so no refund needed. Order will simply be cancelled.

Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery or return it after receiving. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items and want to cancel only specific items, contact us via WhatsApp. We will cancel the selected items and adjust the order total accordingly. Refund (if applicable) will be processed for the cancelled items only.
